The Town Attorney was directed at the last Worksession to recommend language to the Code.
2. Motion to Amend the Budget Ordinance
Decision Required: To amend the Budget Ordinance
The Town Attorney has suggested that the attached motion be passed to amend the Budget Ordinance.
3. Landover Park Shopping Center
Decision Required: None.
The Mayor has invited the property manager to provide an update regarding improvements.
4. Energy Proposal
Decision Required: Whether to pursue.
The Town Administrator distributed an Energy Future memorandum outlining a number of operational and capital means to improve the Town government’s energy sustainability.
5. Emergency Operations
Decision Required: None.
The Mayor has requested a briefing on the Town’s Emergency Operations.
6. Storm Aftermath
Decision Required: None.
The Mayor has requested a briefing on the Town’s policy regarding tree limbs left from the storm aftermath. The Town Administrator will present the Code requirements and the staff policy.
